The outside of the home makes an unforgettable first impression with European Modern architecture, stucco, and natural stone. The siding is SmartSide®, a durable wood composite that can be treated like wood while standing the test of time.
Luxury is in the details.
The kitchen was designed entirely around Paul LaRoche’s (Owner of LR3) love for the countertops. The moment he saw the way subtle detail wove its way through this Dekton Porcelain, the entire vision for this European Modern kitchen unfolded.
Featuring a plummeting waterfall edge, everything in the kitchen nods to the countertop and island. The backsplash features a porcelain tile which is mirrored in the vertical wood detail of the island. A pair of sleek, black cabinets open to reveal a hidden pantry, where a world of spices and culinary inspiration can be stored entirely out-of-sight.
Inside the comfortable, warm open-concept living room, oak wood sills, dark window casings, and exposed beams continue the European Modern aesthetic. A plaster fireplace mimics the stuccoed outside and provides ambiance and comfort.
The modern staircase features under-stairs LED lighting as well as custom metalwork railings.
The marble shower in the primary bath features arched entries, hidden lighting, and a hidden linear drain. It’s not just you… the resort-like feel makes this bathroom a place that’s easy to step into, and challenging to leave!
This custom built European Modern Style home was purchased by a small family who couldn’t find anything else in Peterborough, NH like it! They loved the attention to detail at every turn, understated luxury, and LR3’s unique design aesthetic which fit their taste perfectly.
